Quick delivery, item as described, well packaged. I was relieved to see the castor wheels are reliable and sturdy. I have experienced a cheaper version that didn't last 2 hours due to flimsy castor wheels connections. Assembly took 2 minutes and no tools needed. Having used the stool for a week now, I can confirm it is comfortably cushioned, it supports upright posture effectively, it solved the problem of my legs going dead due to cut off blood supply in long treatment sessions, and the variable height range is perfect for me (goes higher than cheaper versions).
