The use of this website and access to all the services provided are subject to all of the following terms, conditions and notices. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of this website.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items you wish to buy to your basket. When you’re ready, click ‘Checkout’, and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. If you need to change the quantities in your cart, click ‘View Basket’, change the quantity and click ‘Update’.
We accept credit and debit cards in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta, PayPal, Electron and American Express. You can also call our sales team on 0121 230 1644 to place an order.
When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your product(s). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with an easy return 14-day no quibble money back guarantee and all products come with their own domestic one-year guarantee. In the event that the goods purchased are used, for any period of time, within a commercial or public environment, any warranty or guarantee will be rendered null and void. Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, all product prices shown include VAT at a rate of 20%. For customers in the Channel Islands and the EU, VAT will automatically be deducted from the total price at checkout.
Orders
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in order with these terms and conditions. The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered, followed by your invoice. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.
Delivery
Delivery is free with all UK mainland orders placed before 3pm, and is delivered on the next working day between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our main courier is DPD. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have any questions about delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note: there will be surcharge for international deliveries of 10 items or more. Please call us to arrange larger international deliveries.
In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statutory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act. We will in turn be responsible for the shipping costs to you if the goods are faulty during this period.
We aim to deliver goods to mainland UK destinations on the next working day using our nominated courier once we have dispatched them. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time quoted for that item, please contact us. We will endeavour to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We will try to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid so long as the goods are awaiting dispatch by ourselves.
Products & Services
All product descriptions on our website are accurate and correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to update and amend all product specification without prior notice.
Product dimensions and weights are measured as accurately as possible, but should however be deemed approximate.
All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we always make every effort to ensure that colours are displayed accurately, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor and/or internet browser displays them in the same way. For this reason, some products may vary slightly from the images viewed online.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always be emailed giving you details of the anticipated delivery date.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT. We offer free Delivery for all UK mainland customers as standard; any additional upgrade charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Discount Codes
Account discount codes- Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders. Such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
Promotional discount codes- We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which can be found at www.legislation.gov.uk.
Returns are easy. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason. If you do need to return an item to us, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel. There will be no charge for returns if the goods are deemed faulty. If you have a change of heart and decide you’ve ordered the wrong product we can arrange a pick-up for you. This is done at a cost of £15.00 per box for mainland UK (please note- most bar stools are packaged two in a box). If you are unsure of the exact price, please do not hesitate to contact us. For returns, whereby you have ordered the wrong product or had a change of heart, we ask that the item is unused and unassembled, and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Upon cancellation of the order we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, or exchange credit, as required.
As an addition, the rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel:
- In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty
- In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty
- To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
- The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of an item without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Please notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You can either send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Alternatively we can collect the goods from you. This service is offered at a standard charge of £15.00 per box for mainland UK. You must make the goods available for collection. For further arrangements we will contact you. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
Social Media
You can upload your photos, featuring our products, to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using @atlanticshopping or #atlanticshopping to show us your posts. Remember, we can only view your photo if your profile is set to public.
We love to see your photos and share them across our website and social media channels. If we choose your image to share, you will receive a direct message or comment from our account, to ask for your permission. By replying to the message or comment with #YESatlanticshopping, you give your permission for the image(s) to be used and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. We will always credit the image back to you with your social media account name.
Product Reviews
When leaving a product review on www.atlanticshopping.co.uk, you are invited to upload and share photo(s) or video(s) of the products you have purchased. In doing so, you grant Atlantic Shopping the usage rights to that image, across its website, social media channels and advertising material. Please see below for further information.
How will my review or social photos and other details be used?
Any photos chosen to be used on our website and/or social media channels will be done so at the absolute discretion of Atlantic Shopping. Atlantic Shopping is under no obligation to use any of the submitted photos.
You will retain the legal ownership of any photo(s) or video(s) uploaded to www.atlanticshopping.co.uk or its associated social media channels. However, in allowing us to re-post and share your images, you hereby grant Atlantic Shopping a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable licence to use that image. Atlantic Shopping has the right to use those photo(s) and/or video(s) on their webpages as well as in advertising, marketing and promotional materials without compensation or prior notice and using any media or distribution methods. Atlantic Shopping may also use, edit, alter, reproduce, translate, publish, or create derivative works at our sole discretion.
In connection with the use of any image(s), you also grant Atlantic Shopping the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption or other identifying information. When submitting your photo to our website or one of our social media channels, you warrant and represent that you either own the rights to the image or, where a third party is concerned, that you have required all the appropriate licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use that image.
To the extent permitted by law, you also agree to waive your moral rights in relation to any photos uploaded.
French Eco Fee
All Orders delivered to France already incorporate a small Eco-fee element, which has been included. There is no additional charge to the selling price on the website for the customer.
This is a compulsory contribution applied to the price of all new items of furniture, mattresses and bed bases, duvets and pillows only in France. It is used to fund the collection, sorting, recycling and/or energy recovery of these used products by Eco-mobilier.
Eco-mobilier is a non-profit eco-organisation approved by the French Ministry of the Environment. It organises the collection and recovery of used furniture through reuse, recycling or energy recovery. It was created by French distributors and manufacturers to meet recycling requirements and reduce the environmental impact of furniture. V. N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is enrolled in the National Register of Marketers of the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) under number FR021253_101BG1. This number certifies that V. N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd by adhering to Eco-mobilier, is in compliance with its regulatory requirements under Article R543-254 of the Environment Code and the decree of August 5, 2013.
Eco-Mobilier offers you the opportunity to give a second life to your furniture - If it is in good condition, you can choose to give it to friends and family or perhaps donate it to charity. Alternatively, you can take it to a waste collection center following the purchase of your new piece. All furniture collected by Eco-mobilier skips is sent to sorting centers where the materials are separated into different categories (wood, mattresses, scrap metal, plastic, etc.) which are then recycled and used in the manufacture of other products. Under compliance with the Grenelle II Law (Article L 541-10-8 Environmental Code) which came into force on January 1, 2022, as well as the Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy (AGEC), V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd, trading as Atlantic Shopping, offers each of its French customers the recovery of your old furniture. V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is a member of Eco-mobilier, therefore each customer pays a small amount (already included in the purchase price) which allows you to benefit from the free return and thus the recycling or donation of your old furniture.
Working with the help of Maison du tri (by Eco-Mobilier), we will guide you to a local collection center in France (free access among + 2500 partner points) to recycle your furniture with ease: www.maisondutri.fr/je-donne-je-recycle-pres-de-chez-moi/. Maison du tri reserves the right to donate furniture in good condition to a local association. The most damaged furniture will be recycled and transformed into raw materials.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)

- United Kingdom:- V.N. & Britannic Warehouses Ltd. is registered with the Government RPD portal for Extended Producer Responsibility, under organisation ID 100055, and with our partner compliance scheme Valpak Packaging under the Waste (Data Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023. This is generated under the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 within the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Environment Agency. This fulfils our legal obligation to manage household packaging for the scope and volumes declared to Valpak.
- Southern Ireland:- V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is registered under Membership No.100550 with Repack Ltd, which is a packaging recovery compliance scheme for EPR in Ireland. Approved by the Minster for the Environment, these obligations are set out in the European Union (Packaging) Regulations (2014). Membership of Repack fulfils our obligation to manage household packaging declared to them.
- France:- V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is registered with Citeo in France under the UID No FR021253_01BAYL for Packaging EPR and UID No FR021253_03NLTQ for Paper EPR , which is generated by the French Ministry of Ecological Transition (ADEME). This unique identifier is implemented in the framework of Article 62 of the anti-waste law for the circular economy (AGEC law) adopted on 10th Feb 2020. This fulfils our legal obligation to manage household paper and packaging for the scope and volumes declared to Citeo in France.
- Austria:- V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is registered under License No. 24707 with Altstoff Recycling Austria AG (ARA), which is a packaging compliance scheme for EPR. These obligations are set out in the Austrian Waste Management Act 2002 (Federal Law on Sustainable Waste Management, Gazette I no. 102/2002 as amended, hereinafter referred to as WMA) and the Packaging Ordinance 2014 (Federal Law Gazette II NO. 184/2014, hereinafter referred to as Packaging Ordinance). Membership of ARA, a packaging compliance scheme, fulfils our legal obligation to manage household packaging declared to ARA.
- Germany:- V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd, is subject to mandatory system participation requirements pursuant to Section 7, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 of the VerpackG. Noventiz Dual GmbH (NOVENTIZ DUAL) operates a dual system as defined in Section 3, Paragraph 16 of the VerpackG and offers manufacturers access to this system to meet their obligations under the VerpackG with regard to their packaging that is subject to system participation requirements. Our License No. is DE2266070764081 for Packaging EPR. Membership fulfils our legal obligation to manage household packaging declared to Noventiz.
- Spain:- V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is participating in an Integrated Management System (IMS) for Used Packaging and Packaging Waste with the compliance company Ecoembalajes Espana through its scheme Ecoembes, under Membership No. 99038. This is created under Law 11/1997 on Used Packaging and Packaging Waste, Article 7. Ecoembes will manage the used packaging and packaging waste derived from members exempting us from any liability for a deposit, return and refund system from packaged products marketed thereby, and from the obligations established in Articles 12 and 15 of the Law on Packaging.
- Belgium:- V.N & Britannic Warehouses Ltd is registered under License No. 012834 with Fostplus a packaging compliance scheme for EPR for packaging recovery in Belgium under the European Single Use Plastics directive. For the transposition to Belgian legislation, the three regions started with a first reading of the draft of the Interregional Cooperation Agreement (ISA). Membership of Fostplus fulfils our obligation to manage household packaging declared to them.
Ownership of Rights and Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights and all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
All rights on this website are owned by Atlantic Shopping. The website is for personal and non-commercial use only. Any attempt to copy, store or share content and information for commercial purposes is strongly prohibited. You must not attempt (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to attempt) to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from this website.
Outstanding Payments
All payments for online and telephone orders should be made at the time of ordering. In the event that payments are found to be outstanding and goods have already been delivered, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, which will incur costs. Any costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. You agree that you will be legally liable to pay us that surcharge, and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and/or your use of the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
