Although we hope you'll love your new items, we understand that you may wish to return goods to us, so we've made our Returns Policy simple and easy to use.

Once our courier has picked up the goods, it can take 1-3 days for them to arrive back at our warehouse. Then, our returns department processes the goods, and the details will be passed through to our Accounts Department, who will refund your card. Or, if you paid through PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited. Due to the banking process, it can take 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

You’ll receive a courtesy email once your refund has been completed, confirming that your refund has been processed.
