We endeavour to make returns as easy as possible by arranging the whole process for you. When selecting products, we look at both quality and value for money, so that our customers feel content with their purchase. However, we do understand that you may wish to return or exchange an item, please just let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order. How to Return Items

To arrange a return, simply call or email us and we’ll arrange the return for you. Or, you can make a returns request online in the ‘Order History’ section of your account, and we’ll be in touch.
Please return your items in an unused, unassembled condition. You can find out how to disassemble a bar stool here. Don’t worry about putting our address on the box; the courier will have a pre-printed label for your items.
We’ll send a DPD courier to pick up the items on a day that suits you. Please note- we’re unable to collect items on a Saturday or Sunday. On the morning of collection, you’ll get a text or an email from DPD. This will let you know your 1hour collection slot, so that you won’t need to wait in all day.
Once we’ve received your items we’ll process your refund straight away. It can sometimes take your bank up to 14 days to clear the funds.
Faulty & Damaged Items
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item. Please give us a call, and we’ll resolve the problem at no extra cost to you. If you let us know the problem before 2pm, we’ll try our best to despatch replacement items to you the same day, which means that you should receive them the following working day.
Changed Your Mind?
Don’t worry if you’ve had a change of heart, we totally understand, and it won’t affect your statutory rights to cancel. Give us a ring within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We’ll arrange to collect your items, at a cost of just £15.00 per box. Most stools come boxed in pairs, but you can give us a ring to confirm this. We hope that you love your new items. If, for any reason, you need to return anything to us, we’ve made returns from the Offshore Islands, Channel Islands and Northern and Southern Ireland as easy as possible, please just let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Returning Items to Us

- Repackage your items
- Our courier will collect your items
- Our accounts department will process your refund
To arrange a return, just contact our customer services team. Our dedicated advisors will talk you through the process and arrange your return for you. Alternatively, you can log into your account using the username and password that you selected after checkout. Here, you can submit a returns request in your ‘Order History’, and we’ll be in touch.
Repackage your items in their original packaging, making sure that they’re unused and unassembled. You can learn how to disassemble a bar stool here.
Our DPD courier will collect the items on a day that works for you, between Monday and Friday. You don’t need to write our address on the box, as our courier will have a pre-printed label.
When your items are received in our warehouse, we’ll pass on your details to our Accounts Department, who will process your refund. While we process refunds straight away, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account.
Faulty and Damaged Items
We try and ensure that every item reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, you’ve received an item that’s faulty or damaged, just contact our customer services team and we’ll dispatch replacement parts or items at no extra cost to you. If you let us know the problem before 2pm we’ll do our best to dispatch the items that same day, and they’ll be with you in just two working days.
Change of Heart?
If you change your mind it’s not a problem. We completely understand, and it won’t affect your statutory rights to cancel. Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund. You’re more than welcome to return items to us yourself using your local postal service. Or, if you’d prefer, we can arrange for a courier to collect the items from you. We think that you’ll love your new furniture. If, for any reason, you’d like to return items to us, we’ve made our international returns quick and easy to understand, Please just let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order.
How do Returns Work?

You can request a return in two ways. Call or email our customer care team, or you can request a return on the ‘Order History’ section of your Atlantic Shopping account.
Disassemble your items, taking care not to damage them, and repackage them in their original packaging.
On a day that suits you (Monday-Friday), our courier will pick up the items from you.
We’ll process your refund as soon as your goods return to the warehouse. It may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged items, please contact customer services as soon as possible. We’ll resolve the problem as soon as we can, at no additional cost to you.
Having Second Thoughts?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If this happens, just give us a ring within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund. To return the items, you can either send them yourself. Or, our courier can collect the goods from you. Our international returns prices are below, including the number of working days it will take for the goods to reach us.
