I bought this stool as a present for my son's wife.She can't stand for any length of time.She was delighted that it tucks under the worktop when not in use.When using it to prepare meals, she finds it comfortable especially the lower back rest.

We had been looking for stools to sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for quite a while and had been let down badly by another company. However, this led us to Atlantic and we could not be happier! The service and speed of delivery were exemplary, and the stools are simply fantastic. We love the moulded padded seats which make sitting really comfortable. They also have a great height for us and I love that I can put my feet on the bar at the bottom. Above all, they feel really solid and look very stylish. It’s a joy to have lunch at the breakfast bar now! Highly recommend Atlantic and the stools!
