I ordered this stool after some research. I did so with plenty of time as I wanted it as a present for my wife. It arrived the next day as specified on the order - the courier even gave a one hour delivery slot and I was able to track the order on a map to check where he was on his route. The package arrived well packed and in good condition from a very pleasant driver. I have had the stool for a couple of weeks but only assembled it yesterday (the wife's birthday). The instructions were clear and easy to understand and there are only eight screws for the assembly with tools supplied - from start to finish only took five minutes. It is strong and sturdy and very comfortable - it is a solid piece of fit but not too heavy to move around. The seat height is adjustable with a lever below the seat. I chose black to go with the kitchen work surface so it blends in nicely. My wife loves it and will now be able to sit in comfort whilst she is in the kitchen baking. I will certainly recommend this product and the service that came with it.
