I looked at a good number of stools on line and in the sales and this appeared to be the best quality for the price. The colour was also a big factor as I wanted grey to match my colour scheme. Chairs arrived quickly and were easy enough to put together. I didn't realise the chairs only needed 2 rubber washers per chair and thought that some were missing. I emailed on a Saturday morning to ask them to pop some in the post which they confirmed they would and then a lovely gent called in the afternoon to explain why only 2 were needed per chair and why. Rejigged the washers and have had no problems. Excellent customer services - you wouldn't even get John Lewis calling you on a Saturday afternoon! Well done.
