This is our second order from Atlantic Shopping, the previous one some 7 years ago. We had our eye on 2 styles of bar stool, but couldn't decide. I contacted Customer Service who advised to order 2 of both (they come boxed in pairs) and send the pair back that we didn't want. We ordered immediately and they were delivered next day by DPD very efficiently. We quickly decided on the "Grid" style and ordered 2 more, and packaged the other 2 back up in the original packaging (the video on how to de-assemble the stools is brilliant). Again I contacted Customer Service who arranged for the collection of the 2 we didn't want. I then noticed a slight defect in the base on one that we were keeping, and told Customer Service, They immediately arranged for a replacement base to be shipped out FOC. DPD arrived the very next day with the base and collected the other 2 stools....absolutely fantastic service from both Atlantic Shopping and DPD
