Padded Seat With Arms
Upholstered in grey faux leather, the padded seat includes supportive armrests and a cut out detail in the high backrest that helps to maximise visual space. I don't often wrote reviews but we spent ages trying to find stools that met all our requirements and looked good. We wanted the kids to be able to sit up at our new island for breakfast, and homework, and then to chill out with a glass of wine for dinner. These are PERFECT! Very easy to assemble, comfy and very stable. And we think they look fab.

Lovely bar stools - larger than expected but that's ok - they look great in the kitchen & they're extremely comfortable! I purchased the grey stools - would have been even better if they were available in brighter colours - red would have been perfect!

Ok, I've been searching for about two years for the perfect bar stools for our now 5 year old kitchen! I had some cheap ones, but I thought I was never going to find 'the one's I wanted.
My requirements were:- High back, with a cut out bit in back (don't ask why - thought it would be less of a 'solid block' in the kitchen without it!), grey leather, four legs AND swivel chair base.
I called the shop just before lockdown & they were super healpful and I was considering a drive to them to check out the stools, but lockdown prohibited this. I then procrastinated for another 10 months before buying them! I honestly thought, at this price there's something going to be wrong or they'll feel/look 'cheap'.
How wrong I was. These were easy to put together, arrived super quickly and are almost perfect. Ok - I'm mega fussy ! The reason I'll give 9.9 out of 10 is that I thought the faux leather would be shiny/wipeable faux leather. These are more of a nubuck fabric faux leather and whilst they actually look gorgeous, I'd worry they may stain ? I have had water spilt on them already, but that didn't stain, so hoping for the best. This is SUCH a minor point, but the picture does appear to show a shiny leather, so thought I'd let you know if this is a deal breaker for you.
I thought it would be for me, but I LOVE them!
The chairs are extremely comfortable and wide enough I can imagine for even those with larger behinds to fit in! Hubby is 6'5 and finds these extremely comfortable too.
There are very few four legged swivel chair bar stools around. Atlantic I'd say has the best choice around, at such reasonable prices & for us, the Kite bar stool was just (9.9!) perfect!Reviewed by

This is a modern and practical stool that looks just as pictured. I ordered 3 stools and when the products arrived via two separate deliveries I thought “is this a sign of what’s to come” but after that there were no nasty surprises and it was all plain sailing. It wasn’t hard to assemble the stools, probably took an hour in total for all three. They look perfect in our kitchen and have already proved popular with the family. It’s so difficult to find a modern looking bar stool that is practical - it has excellent side and back supports with the added feature of a swivel seat on a sturdy base. It is an excellent product, strong and sturdy, so don’t let the price put you off as you get what you pay for.
