We ordered these on impulse after seeing an offer in the Telegraph (which we do not usually read). The only glitch was that we couldn't order online as the discount offered in the Telegraph did not show up, preventing us making the order at the price advertised. This was quickly corrected on the phone, and the stools were delivered on Monday after a Saturday delivery. We like them because they have a substantial back and are very comfortable. They go up and down very smoothly and are stylish. They seem strong.
