We ordered two of these stools on Monday morning and they arrived Tuesday lunchtime. They were quite easy to assemble and look good but there was a dent in one of the "air tubes". I reported it and, without a quibble but with a sincere apology, they despatched a replacement immediately. Incredibly efficient service! Can they take over the country please!
