Exactly what we wanted for our breakfast bar. Excellent quality & good value for money in my opinion compared to others i looked at. You can get cheaper stools but they look cheap. These don't. When you sit on the stool you pull the lever and the stool slowly lowers. I love the chrome too. Delighted with mu purchase.
