Arrived promptly and in good condition. Good quality and seems sturdy. Very easy to put together. Mechanism smooth and works well. Doesn't seem to be having any scuff marks on floor so far.

I recently purchased 2 of these bar stools. They are very comfortable with excellent lumber support. I really like the brushed steel, they go well with my kitchen appliances and are much easier to keep clean than the chrome ones I had before. They were very easy to assemble but after assembling both of them I noticed a problem with one. I phoned up and spoke to someone, within 15 minutes a replacement part had been ordered and arrived the following day. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
