Sprung & Belted Design
Covered in a classic brown fabric the comfortable seat is both padded and sprung, and appears to have been inspired by a stylish armchair design. This includes a high backrest that gently curves around the body for encompassing support.
Oak Frame Finish

I have four of these, I have a white kitchen with a grey limestone floor and granite work tops in Ivory wave, I know grey is trendy but I thought the grey chairs might make it look a bit sterile so I chose the brown and I'm glad I did because they look fab, the brown is a nice warm dusty brown which makes the kitchen look warm and homely, sometimes things look different when they arrive but the Atlantic pictures of the brown stools are accurate. I've sat on friends bar stools with no backs and you either end up slouching or leaning on your elbows so I knew I wanted stools that were very comfortable and supportive which these are. They are the perfect height for an average kitchen island, they are solid enough but not overly heavy, they have plastic under the feet so they are easy to slide in and out from under the island. These stools are super comfortable look great and were worth paying a bit more for, I like them very much and highly recommend them.

We bought these having shopped for ages to find the right ones, we found some near perfect ones in John Lewis but they were £299 each!! We bought 3 from Atlantic for the price of one from John Lewis and they are every bit as lovely and equally comfortable. Really stylish breakfast bar stools. They feel more like comfy chairs than bar stools, which is what we were hoping for. Efficient and fast delivery of them from Atlantic. The only downside was the length of time they took to assemble due to the tight fit of the bolts (which is probably a good thing ) . Very pleased with these stools, my parents went and bought some after trying out ours as well. If I had room for more of them, I'd have more !
