Web site/service were very good,the delivery & courier service were excellent.We had quality problems with the wooden arms but these were quickly resolved, replacements were sent without hesitation and with no cost to us. We searched many sites for similar products to no avail & have no hesitation in recommending them

I was looking for something to fit in with my new kitchen decor but didn't want the usual black. These were absolutely perfect. They look really stylish but, more importantly, are extremely comfortable. We all love them and so does everyone who sees them.
