I pre-ordered this stool and given the general difficulties with shipping during the pandemic I contacted Atlantic Shopping twice to check on progress. Each time I got straight through to someone at customer service and was efficiently and courteously appraised of the shipping situation that was on schedule. The stool arrived on time as I was advised. The packaging was first class. The immediate feel of the stool components was of quality. The stool came in 5 pieces and was easily assembled in about 10 minutes from unpacking. The stool looks and feels every bit in real life as good as it does the advertising; that's a lie actually because it is even better in real life. And is great to sit on. I am ordering two more!
