Bought a stool to go with another couple we already had purchased from Atlantic.
Stool arrived quickly but was missing a small but critical part.
I phoned Atlantic and spoke to one of their staff. They realised it was a simple packing error at their side and promised a replacement part.
I’ve experience of waiting and waiting for parts from suppliers who seem to forget about the customer once the cheque has cleared.
NOT SO ATLANTIC!!!
Replacement part arrived 1st class the following day!!!! All fitted perfectly!
I would recommend them to anyone!!!

My two cream stools arrived within 24 hours, boxed and all pieces wrapped individually so no damage or scratches. I was worried about having to put them together but they were easy and instructions easy to follow. They look lovely and are comfortable, just what I was after,. Would not hesitate to order from Atlantic again.
