These stools are manufactured from good quality leather, are very strong and look amazing. They were delivered from stock the next working day within a 1 hour time window (you can even check on the DPD website to see where your delivery driver is and how long it will take him to reach you). The assembly of the stools is very easy, once you realise that you MAY have to remove a small plastic cap at the top of the hydraulic mechanism before assembly. This isn't mentioned in the assembly instructions and the cap has a very small label on it simply saying "Off", which is easy to miss. The first of our two stools didn't have this cap and I didn't notice that. A quick phone call to Atlantic to ask for guidance, because I failed to remove the cap and could't then activate the hydraulic mechanism, was all it it took to sort things out. We are delighted with the stools which really look great in our new kitchen and are very comfortable.
