Introducing Help Me Choose
By Danielle Somerfield, 21st March, 2013
2013 has been ripe with new additions to our website, and we're not done yet! We've taken your feedback on board in order to produce a new way of pinpointing the perfect set of bar stools. We understand that it can be difficult to whittle things down when the range is so large, which is why we're pleased to introduce you to our new Help Me Choose feature.
This handy addition can be found within the Bar Stool Buying Guide section of our site and works as a stool finder, helping you to navigate our site with ease. The feature has been designed with the intention of letting you explore your options, step-by-step and we’ve broken down the deciding factors into manageable segments. We know that price tends to be a priority, along with colour. As a result, we ask you about these factors first. We invite you to work your way through at your perfect pace, before presenting a selection of items in accordance with your preferences.
We understand that choosing furniture can be a delicate process, and that it’s the details that count. Therefore, we ask you specific questions about the kind of backrest you would prefer, in addition to determining whether you're looking for commercial bar stools, kitchen stools, low stools or something else altogether.
Of course, we know that for some of you there's nothing quite like speaking to an actual person. Our trained advisors are on hand 6 days a week to answer any queries you may have, so don't hesitate to call on 0121 230 1644 if you wish to discuss things further - we'll be more than happy to help you choose!
