The majority of our chairs are pre-assembled, however some do require a very small amount of assembly. Most of our chairs are packaged as two per box, and we often package the seats and the legs in separate boxes to protect the product during transit. If you have not received your full order please contact customer services.
For chairs that require assembly, we sometimes store the legs within the seat for shipment purposes and to reduce the risk of damage to the product in transit. The legs may be stored inside the zipped lining on the underside of the seat pad. If you are missing part of your order, contact our customer service team.
Any levelling problems you may have can usually be resolved in the way the chair is assembled. An easy way to do this is to loosely tighten all the screws first, then position the chair on the floor that you intend to use it on and finish tightening the screws completely. If you require further assistance please give our customer service team a call.
