I bought 6 of these Lux chairs a year ago for our new kitchen/diner, 3 in grey and 3 in brown. Delivery was swift, assembly was easy. I had one issue with a screw not tightening, contact with customer service was quick and easy, my issue was resolved quickly and without fuss.
A year later the chairs look as good as they did when new. I have small grandchildren who regularly come for tea, they can be a bit messy (you can never have too much ketchup) and so I often find saucy fingermarks, the chairs clean up beautifully with gentle use of a bottle of Dr Beckmann Carpet Stain Remover. Very happy with my purchase, they are comfortable and stylish. Highly recommended all round.Reviewed by
